Once you have submitted your referral, one of our patient advisors will contact you to discuss your patient’s requirements. They will also request contact details for the patient (unless already provided) to introduce themselves and give more information on transcranial magnetic stimulation treatment.
Your patient will be sent a series of online pre-consultation questionnaires, including a medical history, depression questionnaire, inclusion, and exclusion criteria for TMS, seizure screening form, and HADS to help our clinicians establish how we can help.
The clinician taking on responsibility for TMS treatment will, with patient consent, write to you following the initial consultation to detail the treatment that has been prescribed and will follow up with an overview of the progress made once the patient is discharged back into your care. Keeping in touch with you during the whole process.
Transforming Mind Solutions are not responsible for your patients ongoing management including medication and support. Transforming Mind Solutions provides the treatment only. We will advise you of any suggested changes to the medication when the patient has completed their course. We advise not to change medication during the course.
