Team Building and CPD Day at Transforming Mind Solutions
At Transforming Mind Solutions, we believe that a strong and cohesive team is the cornerstone of delivering exceptional client care. To foster this, our team recently gathered for a dedicated CPD and team-building day that was both productive and filled with fun.
Morning Kick-Off with Breakfast & Company Vision
We started the day with a hearty working breakfast at our clinic, setting the stage for discussions about our company’s future. Over coffee and sausage, egg and bacon rolls, we delved into our strategic goals, upcoming initiatives, and shared insights into how each team member is contributing to our mission.
This session included a lively quiz and a game that encouraged everyone to share something unique about themselves—something that no one else knew. This was a great way to learn more about each other on a personal level and strengthen our bonds.
Lunch by Verdes Sandwich Shop
After a morning full of ideas and conversation, we enjoyed a delicious lunch provided by Verdes Sandwich Shop in Long Buckby. The fresh and flavorful sandwiches were the perfect fuel for the next part of our day, as we continued our discussions and exchanged ideas about ongoing projects and individual roles.
Escape Room Adventure at Horton’s Emporium
The afternoon was all about teamwork, problem-solving, and having fun together. We headed to Horton’s Emporium Escape Rooms, where we tackled the “Seizing of the Star Amulet” room. With only 60 minutes on the clock, we put our collective brains to the test and managed to escape in 54 minutes and 3 seconds—well within the allotted time. Not only did we successfully collect all the orbs and solve the puzzle, but we also learned a lot about how we work together under pressure.
Dinner at Nuovo Restaurant
As the day turned into evening, we celebrated our successful escape and team achievements with a fabulous dinner at Nuovo Restaurant. The atmosphere was perfect for winding down and reflecting on the day’s events while enjoying delicious Italian cuisine.
Overall, our CPD and team-building day was a resounding success. It reinforced our commitment to collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement—values that are at the core of Transforming Mind Solutions. We’re excited to take the energy and insights gained from this day into our daily work, as we continue to support and transform the lives of our clients.
