In-person interactions
Emails and written messages
Social media and online correspondence
We do not tolerate
Abusive or offensive language
Shouting or aggressive behaviour
Threats, intimidation, or harassment
Our Response to Inappropriate Behaviour
If any form of abuse occurs, we reserve the right to:
End phone calls immediately
Refuse or discontinue treatment
Take further action where necessary, including reporting incidents
