The whole team go above and beyond and they can't do enough for you! Today I am in a completely different country & I have been for a walk without my family. This would NEVER of happened if it wasn't for TMS! I used to think very dark thoughts every single day & again thanks to TMS I don't. I couldn't possibly put into words what this treatment has done for me. Richard and Professor Alex are both exceptional at what they do. And it is clear to see they do it with only one goal in mind, and that is to HELP people. Richard is so highly skilled at delivering TMS treatment, I always felt completely at ease being treated by him and knew I was in safe hands. Even during some really dark days, his positive attitude and infectious personality put a smile back on my face, gave me hope that things would get better and made sure I knew that I wasn't alone in my journey to get there. Professor Alex's knowledge, understanding and 'can do' attitude about mental health is remarkable. Even though I wasn't the simplest of patients to treat, I was NEVER made to feel like a 'difficult patient' or that I couldn't be 'fixed'. Professor Alex didn't give up on me because I hadn't responded to 'traditional' or 'standard' approaches. He just saw me as a challenge which he reveled in finding a solution to, and I loved that! Richard and Professor Alex don't give up on 'difficult cases'. They are committed to finding solutions to help you as an individual to feel better mentally, physically and emotionally. Their dedication and confidence that I would get better gave me and my family the hope we needed, and today I am pleased to say that because of their perseverance I have never been in a better place mentally. I will be forever grateful for not only for the TMS treatment they provided and TDCS advice/connections they gave me, but also for the support they gave me. It can be exhausting fighting your corner to get the treatment and support you need to get better, and at times it can seem easier to give up. But Transforming Mind Solutions changed that for me. They gave me the confidence that I could get better, and provided me with the treatment, knowledge and support I needed to get there. So if you're struggling in any way with your mental health I would recommend giving them a call to discuss how they can help, because they are never stuck on ideas that could help you.
