Dr Olufemi Oluwatayo is a Consultant Psychiatrist at Oxford Health NHS Trust and the former Medical Director of Lakeside Hospital, Wyboston, Bedfordshire, UK.

With extensive experience in both the NHS and private sector, he has held multiple consultant roles in the UK. Earlier in his career, Dr Oluwatayo served as a Wellcome Research Fellow and Lecturer at the University of Manchester.

An award-winning graduate of the University of Ibadan Medical School and a former WHO Scholar, he began his psychiatric training at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital Yaba before relocating to the UK. Between August 2011 and December 2014, he was appointed Mental Health Advisor to the Lagos State Ministry of Health.

Dr Oluwatayo is a committed mental health advocate, author, and contributor to the academic field with multiple scientific publications.
